Any news of Geography teacher Michael Davis ?

Geoff Hayes writes: "Has there been any news at any time of an old teacher, Michael Davies, who taught Geography, was a Senior Master and Head of 4th Year (Year 10 in current terms).  He was form teacher to 4S1 (Serjeant 1) and was a keen long-distance runner.

You may remember I sent you a scanned cutting from the Coulsdon & Purley Advertiser when we did the sponsored walk up at Kenley Airfield on 16 Feb 76 and 'MPD', as he was also known, walked (or rather ran) the furthest.

I last saw MPD on a platform at East Croydon Station in about 1986/7 and would be interested to hear of what happened to him.  He has never appeared at a reunion, to the best of my knowledge and I fear he may no longer be living."
