Girling and Jones should be able to name these names - Mid 1960's cricket team

Alan Girling writes
"Hi Nick,

Just spotted the cricket photo and can help with some of the names:

Back row L-R: Unknown, Tim Blewitt, Rowlands (can't remember 1st name - Tiny??), Geoff Charman, unknown, Graham Pearce, Roger Butterfield (scorer), Teacher unknown
Front row L-R: John Paish, Dick Sweet, unknown, possibly Phil Welton though not too sure, Robin Gracey, Brian Watters (not sure if Watters was his actual name or an abbreviation), and the unmistakable frame of Phil Jack

I'd guess this is the Colts XI of about 1964.  They were from the year above me, except Dick Sweet, who I'm pretty sure they drafted in on a regular basis for his batting, even though he played in the U14 team I was in."

DICK SWEET COMMENTS: "Back row L-R: Unknown, Tim Blewitt, Rowlands (can't remember 1st name - Tiny??), Geoff Charman, maybe Mullighan, Graham Pearce, Roger Butterfield (scorer), almost sure Mr Omatas
Front row L-R: John Paish, Dick Sweet,Angus Lloyd, possibly Phil Welton though not too sure, Robin Gracey, Brian Watters (not sure if Watters was his actual name or an abbreviation), and the unmistakable frame of Phil Jack"

'Stumped' literally on this occasion, and not a clue, not even on the teacher! Possibly Rob Lane (RIP) and Mathie in the back row and Lloyd or Locke in the front, but only a guess. Copies of The Bourne from the 1960's are no help. Over to you Alan (et al)!

PS Usual hive of activity noted in Rooms 3 & 4, and clearly a hot day which was a bit unusual in the mid-1960's!

Mr Omasta, rather than Omatas, and must be the U14 XI in 1962 which is when Mr O left the school. Was Angus Lloyd the older brother of Nick Lloyd? A resemblance but can't recall.
