Update on the Paris school trip 1968

It is very unusual to have an update on a story that took place 50 years ago.

In 1968, at the height of the riots around the Sorbonne in Paris, a school trip took place. The report from the Bourne magazine will follow shortly. More importantly for ephemera collectors, here is the very railway reservation notice for the train that left Victoria with 36 boys and 3 masters. all those years ago

However,  an anonymous pupil has now broken his sillence to confess that he stole the BR sign below from the railway carriage and the guilt of this act has remained in with him all these years. Pray for his soul !

This was originally published on the 1970 Fas et Patria website which still exists. However, over the coming years this will be retired and the archives are going to be gradually moved to this website. Apologies if you have seen it before.
